The Leadership Development School (LDS) is a 2-year program for those interested in diving deeper into their relationship with God and learning more about themselves while growing in valuable leadership skills for ministry work.
Participants will lead out in one or more areas of ministry at our centre throughout their time on this course as well as attend monthly Development Sessions to aid in their personal and professional growth.

The Leadership Development School is an accredited Diploma of Christian Missions Leadership (10944NAT) within the Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) as well as the Introductory Leadership Practicum I and II with the University of the Nations (UofN) through the College of Christian Ministries (CHR 243/ 244).

To apply for the LDS you must first have successfully completed a Discipleship Training School and the Ministry Development School (Certificate IV in Christian Missions).
